2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and optionally your profile picture. If you sign in via Google or GitHub, we receive basic profile information from those services.
Tracking Data
Our tracking system uses anonymous visitor IDs stored in first-party cookies. We do not store personally identifiable information (PII) in tracking cookies. The visitor ID is a randomly generated identifier with no connection to personal data. Tracking only begins after explicit opt-in consent is provided by the end user.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details. We store Stripe account IDs and transaction references for payout management.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain our affiliate management services
- Process commissions and payouts
- Send transactional emails (invitations, payout confirmations)
- Track affiliate referrals using anonymous visitor IDs
- Generate aggregated statistics and reports

4. Cookie Policy
Our tracking snippet uses first-party cookies on the business's domain. These cookies contain only an anonymous visitor ID and are used solely for affiliate attribution. By default, tracking waits for explicit opt-in consent before any cookies are set.
5. Data Retention
When you delete data (SaaS products, partnerships, etc.), we perform a soft delete and automatically permanently remove the data after 90 days. Account deletion requests can be submitted via our support channel and will be processed within 30 days.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Stripe - for payment processing and payouts
- Resend - for transactional email delivery
- Your affiliate partners - aggregated performance data visible on leaderboards (opt-in only)
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), optional two-factor authentication (TOTP), and secure API key management.
