1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Anderro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Service Description
Anderro provides a B2B SaaS platform for managing affiliate marketing programs. Businesses can create affiliate programs, track referrals, and manage payouts. Affiliate marketers can promote products and earn commissions.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including enabling two-factor authentication when available. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
4. Payments and Commissions
Anderro tracks and reconciles commissions earned by affiliates, but is not an intermediary for the funds. Each business pays its affiliates directly using its own preferred payout method (bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, etc.). Commissions are subject to hold periods and minimum payout thresholds set by each business.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Self-referral or fraudulent click generation
- Using bots or automated tools to inflate metrics
- Misrepresenting products or services
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempting to circumvent tracking or attribution systems
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, soft-deleted data will be permanently removed after 90 days. Any pending commissions will be handled according to the applicable hold period.
7. Limitation of Liability
Anderro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
