Affiliate Program Terms

1. Overview

These Affiliate Program Terms govern your participation as an affiliate marketer on the Anderro platform. By joining any affiliate program through Anderro, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

  • Promote products honestly and accurately
  • Disclose your affiliate relationship as required by law (FTC guidelines, etc.)
  • Not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or deceptive practices
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect the intellectual property of the businesses you promote

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Self-referrals or purchasing through your own affiliate link
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate clicks or conversions
  • Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
  • Bidding on branded keywords without permission
  • Creating fake reviews or testimonials
  • Impersonating the business or its representatives
  • Any form of fraud or manipulation of tracking systems

4. Commissions and Payments

Commission rates, payment schedules, and payout thresholds are set by each individual business running an affiliate program. Commissions are subject to verification and may be reversed in cases of refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity. Payouts are issued directly by the business to you (typically via bank transfer, PayPal or Wise) once the commission clears the hold period and any payout minimums set by that business.

5. Program-Specific Terms

Individual businesses may have additional terms and conditions for their affiliate programs. These program-specific terms are displayed when you join a program and supplement these Anderro Affiliate Terms. In case of conflict, program-specific terms take precedence for that particular program.

6. Termination

Either you or the business may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Anderro reserves the right to remove affiliates who violate these terms. Upon termination, any pending commissions that have passed the hold period will still be paid out, but tracking will stop immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

Anderro acts as a platform connecting affiliates with businesses. We do not guarantee any level of earnings or conversions. We are not responsible for disputes between affiliates and businesses regarding commissions or product quality.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in affiliate programs after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
