Understand your payouts
Check holds, minimums, payment details, and refund adjustments before expecting a payout.
The business running each program pays you directly. Anderro records commissions and payouts so you can see what has been earned and what the business has marked paid. Your earnings can move through several stages before money reaches your chosen payment method.
Hold
New commissions normally start as pending while the program's hold period runs. The default is 30 days, but a business can choose a different period. Check the program's terms for the hold that applies to your earnings.
The hold gives time for customer refunds before a commission becomes approved. Approved means the commission is eligible for payout; it does not mean the business has already transferred money. A paid commission belongs to a payout marked paid. Rejected commissions are not payable, and refunded commissions reflect reversed customer payments.
Minimum
Each program has a minimum eligible balance before a payout is prepared. The product default is $50. Amounts below the threshold carry forward instead of disappearing. Earnings from different programs do not combine to meet one program's minimum.
The program's frequency matters too. Monthly is the default, while some businesses choose quarterly or manual. Passing the minimum does not guarantee an immediate transfer: the business still needs to review and approve the payout, send money using its own method, and mark it paid.
Clawback
If a customer receives a refund, the associated commission can be reversed or reduced. When that commission was already paid to you, the adjustment becomes a clawback balance. It is deducted from a later payout instead of being charged to your payment method.
Your next net payout can therefore be smaller than the total of newly approved commissions. Compare the approved earnings and clawback balance for the same program. Ask the business about the underlying customer refund if you need to understand an adjustment.
Methods
Add your payout details in Settings. Available method types include PayPal, Wise, and Paystack. Check the recipient information carefully and choose your default method. The first method you add becomes the default; review that choice before a business prepares your payout.
Saving a method gives the business information for paying you. It does not cause Anderro to transfer money automatically. Confirm with the business which method it will use, especially if you have changed details since a payout was created.
When a payment seems late
Check whether your earnings are pending, approved, or included in a payout. A pending payout awaits the business's approval, while a completed payout is shown as paid. If a record is marked paid but the money has not arrived, ask the business for the transfer reference and check the recipient details together. Transfer timing depends on the payment method used.
