Review and pay affiliate payouts
Review eligible earnings, approve payouts, send money yourself, and record the payment.
You pay affiliates directly. Anderro calculates earnings and prepares payout records, but it does not transfer money. Your workflow is approve → pay with your own method → mark paid. Connecting Stripe does not change this process.
Hold
New commissions normally start as pending. The hold gives customer refunds time to arrive before commissions become payable. Your product defaults to a 30-day hold. When the hold expires, eligible commissions become approved.
Match the hold to your refund process and explain it in your program terms. A pending commission is different from a pending payout: the commission may still be waiting through its hold, while a pending payout is waiting for your review. Do not send money based only on a pending earnings total.
Minimum
The payout minimum is the threshold an affiliate must reach for one product. The product default is $50. Smaller eligible balances carry forward; they are not discarded because they missed one payout run.
Check the net eligible balance, including any clawbacks, when someone appears below the threshold. Earnings from different products do not combine into one program's minimum. An affiliate with several programs may qualify in one and still be waiting in another.
Frequency
Monthly is the default payout frequency. You can choose monthly, quarterly, or manual. Scheduled payout generation uses the product's frequency along with eligible commissions and its minimum. Manual frequency is excluded from automatic scheduled generation.
Frequency describes when payouts are prepared; it does not authorize a transfer from your bank or payment provider. Plan time to review payouts and send the money yourself. Tell partners what schedule you follow so they know when to check their earnings.
Ready
Review the affiliate, product, included earnings, payout details, and net amount before approving. Then send that amount with your own method, such as your bank, PayPal, or Wise. Mark the payout paid after you have sent the funds, and keep the payment reference.
The payout's completed status is shown as paid. The record helps both sides reconcile earnings, but it is not independent confirmation from the recipient's bank. If an affiliate reports a missing transfer, check your payment provider and the recipient details you used.
Methods
Affiliates add their payout details in their own settings: a PayPal email, a Wise email or a Paystack recipient code. The first method they add becomes their default, and the Method column in Payouts shows where to send each payment. Transfer fees, if any, are set by the provider you use.
Clawbacks
When a customer receives a refund, the related commission is reversed or reduced. Before payout, this reduces the amount still owed. If the commission has already been paid, the refund creates a clawback balance that is netted from a later payout.
Review net payable after these adjustments before sending money. Anderro does not debit the affiliate to collect a clawback. Keep customer refund records and affiliate payment references together so you can explain why the next payout differs from the gross approved total.
