# Kalyvox Affiliate Program — Terms and Conditions
## 1. Program and eligibility
Affiliates may promote Kalyvox using their personal referral link and earn commissions on eligible subscriptions. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. Kalyvox may refuse or terminate any partnership at its discretion.
## 2. Commissions and payouts
* Commission: 20% of net subscription revenue for 12 months from the customer’s first paid invoice.
* Commissions remain pending for 30 days to cover refunds and chargebacks.
* Taxes, transaction fees, discounts, refunds and chargebacks are excluded.
* Validated commissions are paid through Anderro once the minimum payout threshold is reached.
* Accurate billing and tax information is required. Fraudulent, refunded or cancelled payments are not commissionable.
## 3. Attribution
Attribution uses the affiliate link (`?ref=YOURCODE`) and Anderro tracking cookie. The attribution window is **60 days from the first click**, with last-click attribution.
Tracking may be lost if the visitor refuses or clears cookies, or changes device or browser. Self-referrals and accounts controlled by the affiliate are not eligible.
## 4. Permitted promotion
Affiliates may use content, reviews, comparisons, newsletters, social media, videos, podcasts and permitted online communities. Official Kalyvox creative assets may be used unmodified.
## 5. Prohibited promotion
Affiliates must not:
* bid on “Kalyvox” or close variants in paid search;
* send paid traffic directly to Kalyvox through an affiliate link;
* use coupon, cashback or incentivised-traffic sites without approval;
* send spam or unlawful unsolicited emails, SMS or automated calls;
* impersonate Kalyvox or create lookalike websites or domains;
* publish misleading claims, fake testimonials, guaranteed results or unverified statistics;
* promote Kalyvox alongside illegal, hateful, discriminatory or adult content.
## 6. Brand, disclosure and data
The Kalyvox name, logo and assets remain Kalyvox property. Any modified or additional use requires written approval.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship where required by law. They must not collect personal data on behalf of Kalyvox. Customer data is processed under the [Kalyvox Privacy Policy](https://kalyvox.ai/en/privacy).
## 7. Termination and changes
Either party may end the partnership at any time. Validated commissions remain payable unless obtained through fraud or breach of these terms.
Kalyvox may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through Anderro and apply to future attributions.
## 8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
