Manage your Anderro billing
Review your subscription, account limits, tracked revenue, and billing details.
As a business, you pay for your Anderro plan. Affiliates use their accounts without an Anderro subscription charge. Your subscription covers your use of the platform; the commissions you owe partners are a separate responsibility that you pay directly.
Open Billing in the business account you want to manage. Check the account name, current plan, status, and billing interval before making changes. Owners and admins with access to the account can manage billing. If your account shares billing with another account, check the billing source shown before starting another subscription.
Your plan and limits
Billing shows the plan attached to your account and its usage limits. Review the available plans in that screen when you need more capacity. Use the prices and terms shown during the change process, since the choices can depend on your current plan and subscription state.
Monthly and yearly billing describe how you pay for Anderro. They are separate from the payout frequency you set for affiliates. Choosing yearly subscription billing does not change a product's monthly affiliate payout schedule or its commission hold.
Tracked revenue
Tracked revenue measures qualifying live payment activity recorded for your products. The billing calculation uses the last 30 days, with recorded refunds deducted. It excludes sandbox payments and browser-only payment analytics. This is the usage figure to compare with your plan's tracked revenue allowance.
Do not treat tracked revenue as the amount you owe affiliates. Commission rates, plan overrides, refunds, and hold periods determine affiliate earnings. Review conversions for individual customer payments and Payouts for the net amount due to a partner.
If the number is unexpected, check your selected account and payment integration first. Reconcile qualifying payments and refunds over the same period before comparing it with a report from your billing provider.
Payment details and invoices
Use Billing to open the Stripe customer portal for subscription payment details and invoices. Review plan changes and cancellation information before confirming. Check the displayed renewal or end date afterward so you know when the change takes effect.
If your subscription is past due, update the payment method through the billing flow and review the account's status. A failed subscription payment is separate from an affiliate's payout details; changing one does not update the other.
Keep affiliate payments separate
Stripe Connect reads your customer payments for attribution. It does not pay your affiliates or manage your Anderro subscription. Continue to approve affiliate payouts, transfer funds yourself, and mark the records paid. See manual payouts for that workflow and Stripe Connect for tracking setup.
