Get started with your affiliate program
Set up your product, test tracking, invite partners, and prepare to pay commissions.
Your affiliate program connects a product you sell with partners who recommend it. You set the terms, Anderro records referrals and calculates commissions, and you pay your affiliates directly. Start with one product so you can check the whole journey before inviting more people.
Set up your product
Complete onboarding with your company profile and first SaaS product. Add a clear description and the website customers will visit. Choose your commission type and rate, whether renewals earn commissions, and how you approve new partners. Review the terms an affiliate will accept when joining.
Your product starts with a 30-day cookie window, a 30-day commission hold, and monthly payout frequency. The default payout minimum is $50. Review these settings against your own refund window and payment process. A tracking window decides which referrals qualify; a hold decides when an earned commission becomes approved. They serve different purposes.
Test before inviting partners
Install the tracking snippet and connect your payment integration. A visit alone does not create a commission. You need a referred click, a linked signup, and a trusted payment event. Browser payment events are for analytics only.
Use your product's test setup to check each step. Keep test and live keys separate. Follow the integration guide before switching your integration to live. Upload useful marketing assets so your first partners have accurate material to share.
Branding
Your program has a public join page that partners see before they apply. In product settings you can set its colours, cover image, headline, call to action and an optional video. Branding is optional: anything you leave blank uses the default styling. Keep the page honest about what partners earn; the commission terms shown there come from your settings, not from the branding fields.
Visibility
Each program is Public or Private. A Public program can be listed on Explore, where partners find it and apply, and it can have a public join link anyone may use. A Private program is never listed and has no public stats; partners join only through links you send them. Tracking, commissions and payouts work the same way in both modes.
Terms
Partners accept your program terms when they join. Leave the custom terms empty to use the Anderro template, or write your own rules about allowed promotion, brand use and payment timing. Changing the terms affects partners who join afterwards, so tell existing partners when the rules change.
Members
Your organization holds the business accounts your team works in. The account you select determines which products and data you manage. Check that selection before editing a product or reviewing a payout.
Owners manage the organization. Owners and admins can create accounts and manage billing for accounts they can access. Members' access can be limited to selected accounts; without that restriction, a member can access the organization's accounts. Give each person access that matches their work, and review it when responsibilities change.
Run your first payout
Invite a partner and check whether their partnership is active or awaiting approval. Once they refer a paying customer, review the commission and its hold period. Approved earnings become eligible for a payout when the program's requirements are met.
In Payouts, review and approve the payout, send money using your own payment method, then mark it paid. Anderro records the result. Keep your payment reference so you and your affiliate can reconcile it later. Read business payouts before your first payment run.
